1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use RivetAlgo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that your use of RivetAlgo is lawful in your location.
2. Our Services
RivetAlgo may provide educational research, market commentary, strategy studies, backtest reports, indicators, TradingView scripts, alerts, blog posts, community content, customer examples, and related tools. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
3. No Financial or Trading Advice
RivetAlgo does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, brokerage services, portfolio management, trade execution, or account monitoring. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, trading experience, tax position, or legal restrictions.
RivetAlgo is not acting as your investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, broker, dealer, fiduciary, or financial planner. No RivetAlgo communication creates an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship with you.
Indicators, strategies, alerts, reports, screenshots, blogs, videos, examples, and any other RivetAlgo materials are general educational information and tool outputs. They are not instructions, recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy, sell, hold, short, or trade any security, futures contract, crypto asset, forex pair, option, commodity, or other instrument.
4. Trading Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Markets can move quickly, liquidity can disappear, prices can gap, orders can slip, platforms can fail, and leverage can increase losses. You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for your own research, risk controls, position sizing, brokerage choices, tax treatment, and compliance obligations.
5. Backtests, Simulations, and Historical Reports
Backtested reports, strategy tests, hypothetical performance, simulated results, historical examples, and model outputs are for education and research only. They do not represent actual trading unless clearly stated, and they do not guarantee future results.
Simulated results have important limitations. They may be affected by hindsight, data quality, parameter selection, execution assumptions, commissions, fees, spreads, liquidity, slippage, market impact, order delays, alert delays, missed fills, and changing market conditions. A strategy that appears profitable in a report may perform differently or lose money in live trading. No statement is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
6. Testimonials, Blogs, and Trading Examples
RivetAlgo may publish testimonials, customer comments, blog posts, screenshots, alerts, trade examples, account examples, or other performance-related content. These materials are examples only. They may not be typical, complete, current, independently audited, or representative of what you should expect.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and opinions. Screenshots and trading examples may omit losing trades, fees, slippage, taxes, position size, risk taken, account history, or other important context. Any compensation, discount, affiliation, or material connection related to a testimonial should be disclosed where required. Do not rely on testimonials, screenshots, or informal "proof" as evidence that you will achieve similar results.
7. Indicators, Strategies, and Alerts
RivetAlgo indicators and strategies are analytical tools. They may produce signals, conditions, labels, alerts, reports, or strategy entries, but those outputs are not trade recommendations. You decide whether, when, and how to trade.
Signals and alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, recalculated, affected by data feeds, affected by chart settings, or different between backtesting and live conditions. Some tools may generate few or no signals during certain market conditions. We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy, uptime, trade frequency, alert delivery, or compatibility with every broker, device, market, symbol, timeframe, or TradingView configuration.
8. TradingView Access
Invite-only TradingView script access requires an active RivetAlgo plan, an exact TradingView username, and your explicit request for access. Access may be delayed if your username is incorrect, your plan is inactive, TradingView is unavailable, or manual review is required.
Script access is a limited, personal, revocable license. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, publish, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access controls. RivetAlgo may remove access when your plan ends, payment fails, you violate these Terms, or access is no longer offered.
RivetAlgo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by TradingView, Inc. TradingView is a third-party platform with its own terms, policies, data, limitations, and availability.
9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the plan, billing period, taxes, and any applicable fees shown at checkout. Your subscription renews until canceled unless the checkout page states otherwise.
You may cancel future renewals through your account, Stripe checkout portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
10. Refund Policy
RivetAlgo offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in writing. If a paid strategy or indicator produces no qualifying trade entries for 30 consecutive calendar days during an active paid subscription, you may request a review within 7 days. If RivetAlgo determines the issue was caused primarily by a material RivetAlgo strategy flaw or service malfunction, we may consider a prorated refund, credit, extension, repair, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RivetAlgo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute paid content, scripts, reports, signals, or access.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic.
- Interfere with security, access controls, servers, payment systems, or other users.
- Misrepresent RivetAlgo materials as financial advice, guaranteed performance, or your own work.
12. Intellectual Property
RivetAlgo owns or licenses the website, scripts, indicators, strategy logic, reports, text, graphics, videos, research, trademarks, trade names, and other service materials. Your subscription gives you limited access for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
13. Third-Party Services
RivetAlgo may depend on third-party services such as Stripe, TradingView, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, market data sources, brokers, or charting platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, data issues, fees, restrictions, or losses caused by third-party services.
14. Disclaimers
RivetAlgo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, profitability, and uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RivetAlgo and its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, trading, investment, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RivetAlgo's total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to RivetAlgo for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim arose.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, subscription, access, or license if payment fails, you violate these Terms, you create risk for RivetAlgo or other users, or we discontinue a service. You may stop using RivetAlgo at any time, and you may cancel future subscription renewals as described above.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of RivetAlgo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RivetAlgo is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts or other lawful forums located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
